We found that some environments have long running database queries locking server traffic that due to a limit of locks in the webserver were impacting loading time of all environments. We now have expanded the number of locks for the webserver. Nowe only some of the enviroments experience long loading times. We are now focussing on solving the problem for those environments as well.
